Information we process
We process your account email, credit balance, order and transaction records, essential security and usage logs, and photos you choose to submit for processing.
How photos are used
We do not use your photos to train our own AI models. Photos are sent only to third-party AI providers necessary to perform the restoration or modernization you request and are subject to those providers’ respective data-processing policies.
Photo storage and deletion
RevivePhoto does not permanently store uploaded originals or generated results in its own photo database. Photos are handled temporarily while a request is processed, and we do not intentionally retain a server copy after processing. Results are returned to your browser; download and save them promptly because they may not be recoverable after you refresh or leave the page.
Service providers
We use Supabase for authentication and business data, Dodo Payments for payments, Vercel for application hosting, and third-party AI providers including OpenRouter and Replicate to process photos. We do not store your complete payment-card details.
Account and transaction retention
Account email, credit records, orders, security logs and audit records may be retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, reconcile payments, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. These records are separate from uploaded photos.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to or deletion of eligible account data by contacting d62738238@gmail.com. Records required for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal compliance may be retained.
