Final sale
All credit-pack purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has completed and credits have been delivered. Credit packs are digital products and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for a change of mind.
Exceptions
Exceptions apply only to duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, credits that cannot be delivered, or refunds required by applicable law. Contact us with the payment email, order identifier and a description of the issue.
Failed photo processing
If the system confirms that photo processing failed, the consumed credit is returned to your account. This is a credit return, not a cash refund.
AI results
Because AI output varies, subjective dissatisfaction with a successfully completed result does not qualify for a cash refund.
Payment processing
Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and may process payments, taxes, payment disputes, chargebacks and approved refunds on our behalf. Bank or payment-network processing times may apply.
